Introduction:
 

UNITECH Holdings & Technologies Ltd. has been growing at a healthy pace ever since its inception in the year 1993. Starting with construction work our company soon evolved into developing and marketing real-estate projects at various prime locations within Dhaka city.

Till date UNITECH Holdings & Technologies Ltd has completed and handed-over hundred residential apartments. Our commitment to maintaining time schedule and our patience with construction quality and finishing details have earned us a market good-will which we value and cherish.

Our company is headed by our Managing Director, Mr. S. M. JAHIDUL ISLAM), MBA, who oversees a corporate structure led by Directors of Engineering, Finance & Marketing who execute their respective responsibilities aided by General Managers, Managers, Senior & Junior Executives and other staff members.

 
 

Design & Engineering:
 

Our design policy is largely influenced by customer requirements and in order to allow maximum liberty we out-source our design work from among the most reputed architect-consultants of our country.

The integrity of our civil construction is our company’s forte.In fact, the reputation of our company has been built largely on the standard of our construction. We apply meticulous attention to the purchase of standard quality raw materials from the most reliable & trusted vendors. Our engineering supervision is implemented through a three-tier system starting with the Director (Engineering) who in consultation with the marketing department conceptualizes the objectives of any development project. The apartment sizes of a project are dependent on the locality and the specification details are always packaged to reach a target consumer section.

We have accumulated a considerable experience in delivering highly refined habitats fort the middle & upper-middle-class clientele. We have recently expanded our activities and ventured to build economic housing for the low-income people of Dhaka city. In spite of the high cost of housing finance we have successfully formulated a workable concept whereby a large section of the general people are provided the basic house-owning opportunities.

We train our site engineers, supervisors, material managers, security personnel & others to aspire for an efficient management of the construction schedule. In addition, we have established an effective flow of current data from our sites into our Management Information System (MIS Department) whereby we are better able to predict, plan and control quality and pace of our work.

Our Engineering team is headed by a Director, who is aided by a core team of head-office engineers. They are directly involved in finalizing design & plan and cost analysis of each project (with or without external consultancy services). We also appoint one experienced Project Engineer, one supervisor and an engineer who is the material manager for each project who in liaison with

the head-office engineers through continuous feedback and proceeds with the construction works.
 
 

Marketing:
 

We firmly believe that all of our activities are geared towards meeting the housing needs of our prospective clients. Along with our commitment to quality and emphasis on style, we are constantly striving to improve our products and services. We listen carefully to the criticisms and suggestions of our valued clients. We often find that our clients give us new insights to improve our design, quality and services.

Headed by  Marketing Director, Mr. Bahar S. Hossain MBA  who has a vast experience over Two decade  specially in Sales and Marketing. Marketing Department has a team of young and eager individual purchase Executives to the needs of our valued clients. As a service-oriented Company, all staff at Living Stone is also geared for satisfying our clients. Therefore, the projects are given continuous feedback projects and clients’ requirements and Marketing Department interacts between projects and clients to ultimately tailor-make each  apartment. 
 
 

Finance & Administration:
 

Run by a experienced  director who have a  over two decades of experience in the industrial and service sectors, is the Director of the Finance and Administration Department. Account & Cash-flow is regularly monitored for smooth running of all projects, along with producing various MIS reports for systematic management of the company. To keep track of individual requirements, detailed records are strictly maintained for each client.

 
 

Purchase Department:
 

The Purchase Department, though a central one, serves the Company through a Matrix model by appointing individual Purchase Executive for each project. Our purchase executive often help out the management and clients by presenting newer materials and prices, especially during finishing work. All of our project engineers extensively interact and coordinate with the Purchase Manager to select materials of good standard at the most competitive prices.
